Through my professional experience, I have experienced many significant changes to organizations. These include acquisition, enterprise-wise software/hardware overhaul, regulations, significant shifts in market strategy, internal reorganization, and more. I have seen first-hand the varied ways employees handle changes such as these. In many cases, I served as an in-house change agent helping to move colleagues through the stages of change management using tools such as the Six Sigma Awareness Desire Knowledge Ability Reinforcement (ADKAR) model. I draw on this experience along with my traditional executive coaching skills to empower executives, leaders and employees within the organization to thrive through change. Whether your organization is going through adaptive or transformational change,  your employees will tap into their individual abilities to bring their best energy to work and achieve their greatest potential.
