This group coaching session is designed for technical professionals who have moved into leadership roles. This group:
Normalizes the challenges that come with moving from being a high performing technical individual contributor to a leader.
Space to assess how personal values show up differently when in leadership and how those values align with your organization’s values.
Practical, experience based support for how to lead your former peers or lead in areas without expertise.
A community and network of individuals that you can lean on throughout your career.
What to Expect
Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
