    • Space to assess how personal values show up differently when in leadership and how those values align with your organization’s values.

    • Practical, experience based support for how to lead your former peers or lead in areas without expertise.

    • A community and network of individuals that you can lean on throughout your career.

    This group is set to start in the fall of 2026.

    6 Weekly Sessions: 90 minutes each

    This group is for entrepreneurs who are considering the next big step in their business (going full time, scaling, brick and mortar etc.)

    • Normalizes the challenges that come with going full time or scaling your business.

    • Space to assess value tensions that arise during periods of growth and change.

    • Practical, experience based support for how to create a financial plan, people processes and company values to ensure a successful transition.

    • A community and network of individuals that you can lean on going foward.

    This group is set to start in the fall of 2026.

    Career Transition Lab

    6 Weekly Sessions: 90 minutes each

    This group is for any professional in the middle of or anticipating a career transition. This could be and internal or external shift.

    • Acknowledges the tumultuous times we are living in. There are many external and internal signs that change is inevitable.

    • Space to assess your current situation, check in on your values, and gain deeper understanding for why career transition feels needed.

    • Practical, experience based support for how to make value aligned decisions to navigate your career - whether you are staying at your current job, finding a new one or building something on your own.

    • A community and network of individuals that you can lean on throughout your career.

    This group is set to start in the fall of 2026.
